Planning and Feasibility

Our main purpose is not to create a structure suitable for the project, but to meet all the necessary needs of the structure in a quality and economical way. For this purpose, the feasibility studies required for the initial investment process of industrial facilities, residences, businesses, etc. in the planning phase are carried out with preliminary engineering studies.

At the same time, we aim to meet today's needs by considering environmental, social and economic dimensions together, while also providing the necessary infrastructure for the future. During the investment project process, the cost of the facility or structure is presented to the customer with detailed surveys as an alternative.

The conditions that will constitute the determining technical and administrative specifications for the facility or structure are determined in this preliminary engineering or feasibility stage.
